An exceptional career growth with sheer determination and hard work marks his success. He shares his story of overcoming the hurdles to achieve the life he desired.
What were the hurdles you had to cross to be here?
I come from a middle-class family, studied in government institutions. Whatever I am today is because I never wanted to give up on my dreams. Our family is a big one after my engineering degree; they were not able to support me financially or offer me career advise. When I completed my graduation, the software industry was very down; getting a job was difficult.

I joined as a product support analyst. I had to work my way hard to be where I am. My career grew gradually and taught me a lesson at every step. And today I am an associate project manager.
What motivates you to get up in the morning and come to work at Infiniti?
I love the job I do. The first thing in the morning I do is to glance through my do to list for the day. It is the job that has empowered me to put my skillsets into practice. After my graduation, I didn’t know what I wanted to do, which job suited me the best, where can I fit. However, I always knew I am a good communicator. I have studied in various places; this helped me to understand and embrace diversity.
I was not keen on coding but preferred to deal with humans. I started my career as a support engineer where I got ample opportunities to interact with the client. Joining Infiniti increased my exposure to global clients. It is what I was looking for! I feel a sense of purpose and satisfaction in the work I do.
What do you love about the job?
I feel passionate and full of enthusiasm for the work I do. Every project allows me to help clients fulfill their business requirements. I understand their needs and consult them what will suit them best. Words cannot define the satisfaction I receive after delivering the product to our clients.

Infiniti helps me to identify my potential. It has given me a platform where I can apply my expertise. My teammates and clients were able to discover my hidden talents which I was unaware of. I receive opportunities that stretch my capability. And every time I am like,” I never knew I could do this”!

It gives me a sense of achievement when overseas clients send me gifts whenever someone from Infiniti visits them. Also, I was awarded the best client service award, from Infiniti for the year 2017. Besides, the times which I shared with my teammates and friends at work will always be memorable.

How Infiniti helps you in fulfilling your purpose?
As I grew up struggling with finances and never found anyone to guide me, I want to be a mentor for young people. I talk to people who are in the early years of their career. I counsel them and help them to know themselves better.
Any movie character you resemble and why?
Munnabhai MBBS as just like him I say what I have in mind. I respect and treat everybody equal. No matter what work I do, the intentions of my heart matter.
